No Return Policy
All sales made through SambalKart are final.
Products once sold cannot be returned.
We do not provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect selection by customer
Personal preference issues
Replacement Policy
Replacement will only be provided if:
✅ Product is damaged at the time of delivery
✅ Wrong product is delivered
✅ Product is defective upon delivery
Replacement Conditions
Customers must:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos of the product
Keep the original packaging
After verification, SambalKart may approve a replacement.
Replacement Not Applicable For
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
❌ Used products
❌ Physically damaged by customer
❌ Missing original packaging
❌ Requests made after 24 hours
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Limitation of Liability
SambalKart acts as a local marketplace platform and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage.
